Welcome to 2006/2007 year .Presentation night was great success this year with the re-introduction of the OOPS award won by David Hyde,  Planning is going well for the next stage 3 of the club redevelopment  The club won a Yamaha motor for most improved club for the 2005/2006 season

The Club is looking forward to a successful 2006/2007 season 

The role of the club captain is to co-ordinate patrols, training, and most other aspects of the lifesaving side of surf clubs. There fore, if you have any questions about becoming a surf lifesaver please drop me a line.

We are always looking for new members of all ages and abilities; there is something for everyone, from first aid, boat rescues, board paddling and swimming, to radio operators.

The minimum age requirement for your Bronze Medallion is 15, with a Life Saving Star qualification being available for those 13-15. Younger members are encouraged to join as well.

The 2006 Bronze and Life Saving Star course dates will be advertised once dates are set.  Training for other awards such as:

 

•  Advanced Resuscitation Certificate

•  Inflatable Rescue Craft (IRB) Crew Certificate

•  IRB Driver Certificate

•  Radio Operators Certificate
